1. Agreement

2. The Service
Shift Ready is a mobile operations platform for businesses including family entertainment centers. It provides shift check-ins, clock-in/out, issue reporting, game maintenance, waste logging, revenue tracking, handoff notes, and team communications. Delivered as a Progressive Web App — no download required.
3. Accounts and Access
- Each store receives a unique activation code — keep it confidential
- Managers are responsible for managing and deactivating staff PINs
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
- 90-day free trial — no credit card required
- Monthly or annual billing after trial
- Cancel anytime — monthly ends at billing period end
- Late payment may result in suspension — data preserved 60 days
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access other stores' data, reverse engineer the app, or store sensitive personal data beyond store operations needs.
6. Data Ownership
You own all operational data entered into Shift Ready. We process it only to provide the Service. You may request an export at any time.
7. Service Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may cancel at any time. Your data is retained 30 days after cancellation then permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes resolved in Michigan courts.
